Oct 27, 11:58 EDT
Identified - Some users may be unable to reach the Unlimited Systems login page or may see a page that fails to load. We believe this is caused by a known issue with certain enterprise network firewalls, which our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, has confirmed affects firewalls that received recent firmware updates. Our application and services are running normally.

What users may see:
Pages that hang and never load, or browser errors such as "ERR_TIMED_OUT" or "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE." You will not see an incorrect password or account error.

If you are affected:
Please contact your organization's IT or help desk team and share this notice with them. The fix must be made on your organization's network equipment.

For hospital IT and network teams:
This issue occurs when HTTPS traffic passes through a firewall performing SSL/TLS inspection after a recent firmware update. Cloudflare's incident details are available here: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/dk2obcyw2aew

To restore access, we recommend reviewing recent firewall firmware changes with your vendor.

We will post updates here as Cloudflare and firewall vendors share more information.
